Para ajudar a estreitar esses laços entre professor e tecnologia, ela e sua equipe acabam de lançar o livro digital Crescer em Rede –Um guia para promover a formação continuada de professores para adoção de tecnologias digitais no contexto educacional, que está disponível para download gratuito.
“Com a adoção das tecnologias digitais dentro e fora das salas de aula, o processo de ensino e aprendizagem vem se tornando, rapidamente, um grande desafio para uma geração de professores que estudou e aprendeu a ensinar em uma era pré-digital”, afirma a especialista. Segundo ela, a intenção do guia é ajudar o professor nesse momento de transformação e compartilhar insumos para que ele seja capaz de promover a chamada educação 3.0.
Com um viés bastante prático, o guia visa ajudar o professor a inserir diferentes recursos de maneira orgânica em seu dia a dia. Dividido em seis capítulos, o livro vai discutir a importância da assimilação significativa da tecnologia pelo professor, vai propor atividades em que ele possa desenvolver novas abordagens do ensino e ter contato com alguns objetos digitais de aprendizagem que podem ser ferramentas úteis nesse processo. Para Allan, mais do que aprender a usar as ferramentas, é importante que o professor possa entender como gerir o conhecimento – já que não é mais o “dono” dele – e a estimular trabalhos colaborativos.
A pedido do Porvir e para dar um gostinho do conteúdo do guia, Allan enumerou 15 passos para que os professores adotem tecnologias digitais como ferramentas pedagógicas na sala de aula. Confira!

4. Planeje novas estratégias de ensino que tenham o aluno no centro do processo de aprendizado e o professor como mediador da construção do conhecimento;
5. Pense em um ensino mais personalizado e uma avaliação que leve em consideração as necessidades de cada aluno, visto que o conhecimento está disponível e o foco da educação não é mais a transmissão de conteúdo, mas sim o desenvolvimento de competências e habilidades;
6. Incentive os alunos a pesquisar na internet. Oriente-os a pesquisar fazendo uso de palavras-chave e símbolos. Além disso, indique bibliografias e sites úteis para que desenvolvam com qualidade o trabalho;
7. Permita que os alunos comparem informações e discutam sobre os temas pesquisados, sinalizando a confiabilidade da informação;.
8. Estimule os alunos a produzir seus próprios textos, em diferentes formatos, a partir das pesquisas realizadas na internet e em outras mídias, bem como a mencionar autores e fontes pesquisadas;
9. Motive os alunos a participar de projetos colaborativos, inclusive com estudantes de outras escolas no Brasil e no exterior;
10. Crie ou estimule seus alunos a criarem um espaço virtual exclusivo para produção de trabalhos colaborativos (uma página no Facebook, um perfil no Twitter, um blog, um disco virtual);
11. Incentive os alunos a compartilhar seus trabalhos na internet para que qualquer pessoa possa ter acesso, contribuir e fazer críticas;
12. Valorize o uso de diferentes recursos tecnológicos para produção de trabalhos escolares, como vídeos, fotos, podcasts, blogs, slides, gráficos, banco de dados, ou seja toda e qualquer ferramenta que possa ser utilizada no dia a dia escolar ou futuramente no mercado de trabalho;
13. Permita diferentes formas de manifestação e expressão no desenvolvimento dos trabalhos, dando espaço à criatividade e pró-atividade;
14. Engaje os alunos em tarefas desafiadoras, que façam sentido para suas vidas, que proporcionem o trabalho em equipe e administração do tempo;
15. Propicie a produção de games, estimulando o raciocínio lógico, com o uso de softwares de programação.
